1. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 

Returns

As Build and Brand Media provides digital marketing, content creation, and videography/

photography services, we do not sell or distribute physical products. Therefore, we do not accept

returns on any services rendered or digital files delivered.

 

Refunds

All monthly service fees are billed automatically in advance. Due to the nature of our production

scheduling and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has

commenced. If a filming session is missed or deliverables go unused for legitimate reasons, we

will work with you to reschedule within the same billing month. Unused sessions may be rolled

over for a maximum of one (1) month under specific circumstances, but under no circumstances

will refunds be issued for unused credits or services.

 

Cancellations & Account Pauses

Our client agreements operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. You

may cancel your service at any time.

 

Notice Required: To avoid being charged for the subsequent month, you must provide

written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to your next billing renewal date.

Late Notice: If notice is received less than 14 days before the renewal date, the subsequent

month will be charged in full, and services will continue until the end of that billing cycle.

Pauses: If you require a temporary break in services, recurring payments may be formally

paused at our discretion, provided the request is made in writing well in advance of the next

billing date.

2. Shipping Policy

Build and Brand Media is a service-based business specializing in digital content creation. We

do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. All final deliverables (such as Reels, photos,

graphics, and video edits) are delivered to the client digitally via secure online transfer or directly

uploaded to the client’s designated social media platforms. Therefore, traditional shipping

policies, rates, and timelines do not apply to our services.

 

3. Privacy Policy

Build and Brand Media respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This policy outlines how we handle your information:

Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, business

name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you engage our

services.

 

Use of Information: We use this information solely to deliver our services, process

automatic payments, manage our client relationship, and communicate with you regarding

your content strategy and billing.

 

Data Protection: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment gateways and is not

directly stored on our servers.

 

Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally

identifiable information to outside parties, except to trusted third parties who assist us in

operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this

information confidential.

 

4. Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of Build and Brand Media or using our website, you agree to the

following primary terms (which summarize our full Client Service Agreement):

 

Services & Billing

We provide monthly content creation services for a flat monthly fee. Payment is due in advance

of services rendered. By engaging our services, you authorize Build and Brand Media to

automatically charge your payment method on file on the same day each month. If a payment

fails, services may be paused immediately if not rectified within 3 days.

 

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide necessary account access, brand assets, and

give feedback or approvals within 48 hours of receipt. Delays caused by the client may impact

production schedules.

 

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the client owns the copyright to all final deliverables created

specifically for them. However, Build and Brand Media retains the right to use the work produced

for our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless strictly prohibited by the client in

writing. Pre-existing tools and templates remain the property of Build and Brand Media.

 

Limitation of Liability & Guarantees

While we use best practices to achieve desired results, Build and Brand Media makes no

specific guarantees regarding quantitative results (e.g., specific number of leads, followers, or

sales), as these depend on third-party platforms and market conditions. In no event shall Build

and Brand Media be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly

capped at the total amount of fees paid by the client in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

 

Governing Law

These terms and all agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of the State of Florida.
